The Healthcare and Wellness Center company is a global brand for wellness centers in India that connects two state-of-the-art wellness centers with superior amenities. The primary goal of the organization of leaders in healthcare and wellness centers is to enable communities to lead the healthiest lifestyles possible by promoting enthusiasm, innovation, compassion, integrity, and resilience.
The Challenge
The two wellness organizations each had their own websites, each with a unique design, hosted on a different content management system, and updated according to different timetables and procedures. This resulted in a challenging user experience and an inconsistent user experience throughout the system. Rebuilding the ecosystem was our team’s mission in an attempt to rethink the user experience and bring all places together under a single brand. This would accelerate access to wellness and healthcare while enhancing information and resource availability for both present and potential patients.

Together with the Healthcare and Wellness Center organization team, our team headed an extensive research and study project to ascertain the main issues each system was having with its current locations. In addition to developing a new information architecture and conducting stakeholder interviews, we also redesigned the site’s navigation structure. As we went along, we brought in members of the marketing team to help organize the material and offer input on page designs in order to figure out the most effective method to communicate with both current and potential clients. The Solution
We redesigned the user interface to give present and potential clients better access to information and resources in order to develop a phenomenal solution that best met user needs. Using UX best practices, we enhanced page layouts to produce engaging content, appropriate click-through actions, and visually appealing page layouts. We made it simpler for users to interact with the healthcare facility, access the information they were looking for, and establish direct lines of communication.
Meanwhile, we had to design a brand-new, streamlined, and controlled editing process that would enable the marketing staff at any location to rapidly and simply change individual website pages. Comprehensive user management was part of this in order to establish the proper hierarchy for publishing, editing, and approval.
Additionally, since two locations were becoming one ecosystem, it was crucial that we consider the migration from an SEO standpoint and develop a thorough plan to reduce risk and transfer authority to the new site. Together with the migration, we integrated page structure and SEO best practices to make sure every site was ready for future SEO success.
The Results
The way people interacted with the new website and how the health system functions were entirely altered. The websites’ previous versions were challenging to navigate and maintain.
